Executive in residence at Alfabeat. Co-founder of UXPin, a Polish-American SaaS company with a mission of merging design and engineering into one world of better, faster product development.

Over the past 8 years, he was responsible for the operational, legal and financial part of UXPin. Together with his co-founder, he raised three rounds of funding, including Seed and Series A in the United States with such investors as Andreessen Horowitz and True Ventures. Apart from the fundraising, his expertise includes setting up and running a business in the United States, structuring intracompany operations and scaling the team from 5 to 80 people.
